Mia Costa
Assistant Professor of Government, Dartmouth College
Mia Costa studies political behavior in the U.S. and work at the intersection of several subfields: public opinion and political psychology, representation and elite behavior, gender and race, and survey and experimental design. Her ongoing book project introduces a theory of political representation that extends beyond classic conceptualizations to fit a context of polarization. What does representation look like when focused on out-groups rather than in-groups, and how do voters react?
