Mariana Costa Silveira

Mariana is a PhD candidate in Public Administration and Government at the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV) and research associate in the Department of Government at Harvard University. She studies policy entrepreneurship among bureaucrats and how they engage in the policy-making processes. Her work investigates the extent to which political regimes, policy networks, organizational factors, and individuals’ characteristics influence bureaucrats’ innovative and entrepreneurial practices over time.
