Ph.D. Student in History

My scholarly interests include examining the racialization of Native peoples through forced assimilation and the Indian Reorganization Act and the ways in which these forces influenced the formation of race law in the Third Reich. Further interests include understanding the nature of indigeneity, the interaction of ideology and aesthetics in settler-colonial states, and, all this taken together, how the historical memory of genocide is consequently influenced.
