Dr. McGregor’s research examines the political determinants of health and health inequalities. This includes: The health-systems’ determinants of racial/ethnic disparities in maternal health outcomes; Hospital closures and consolidations; Racism and U.S. health care politics; Politics of mental health care, drug policies\harm reduction.
