My research broadly centres on the politics of climate change and the environment, with an interest in US context. Some of my current work attempts to explain how Green Party’s affect the development of environmental policy; the significance of age related climate change cleavages; and in a non-climate related project on spatial voting, I examine what happens if, rather than imposing a particular utility function on voters, we estimate the important features of the actors’ utility function.
