Eric Torres is a PhD student in Education whose work focuses broadly on issues related to civic education, political polarization, and democratic theory. Current projects include theoretical work on the epistemic demands of civic education, survey based research exploring the relationship between political metaperceptions and mental well-being in adolescents, and the measurement of political tolerance.
