Ian Corbin

Ian Marcus Corbin is a philosopher on faculty at Brigham and Women’s Hospital & Harvard Medical School, where he studies community, culture, cognition and flourishing, and a Research Fellow at Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program. As a Senior Fellow at the think tank Capita, he advises state and national policymakers on matters of meaning, belonging and the common good. His first book, To Arrive Where We Started: Belonging in the Modern World, is forthcoming from Yale University Press.
