Jane Choi
Ph.D. Student in Sociology
Jane Choi studies culture, inequality, and education, in the Department of Sociology at Harvard University. Presently, she is interested in intra-racial and interracial boundaries in U.S. educational contexts and their policy implications, such as affirmative action. Previously, she has researched legacy and first-generation students at Ivy League colleges, families who are served by Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and parents of young children in the New York City School District.
