Megan Bogia
Ph.D. Candidate in Education
Megan Bogia is a PhD Candidate in education with a secondary field in philosophy. Her research examines postsecondary policy ethics, particularly debates around student debt relief and free public college. She is a McPherson Fellow and an APSA Institute of Civically Engaged Research Fellow.
