Nayun is broadly interested in technology, inequality, and care work. Currently she researches how technological solutions for care work are imagined and distributed, focusing on private-public sector partnerships. In particular, she examines how street-level bureaucrats interpret and legitimize the adoption of novel AI care companion technology as a solution for eldercare.
