Noah Shenker

Noah Shenker studies the American bureaucratic state and how it responds to pressure from Congress, the executive, and interest groups. Given the degree to which policy in the American system is handled at the bureaucratic level the system’s policymaking process and its sensitivity to various important actors is of great consequence to the government’s ability to provide vital services both efficiently and equitably.
