
Sahil Chinoy
Postdoctoral Fellow, Yale University
Sahil Chinoy is a Postdoctoral Associate and Lecturer in Ethics, Politics & Economics at Yale University. His research focuses on the contemporary and 20th-century political economy of the United States. His current projects study political segregation at the workplace and the effect of World War I on civil rights activism and racial prejudice, among other topics. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard in 2025 and a B.A. in physics and economics from UC Berkeley in 2017. In between, he worked as a graphics editor at The New York Times.
