Ph.D. Candidate in Government
David studies elections, public opinion, and the ideological origins of the American founding. His current work involves research support for consultation on redistricting. David earned his M.A. in political science at Columbia University in 2019. Prior to beginning his college career, David served for five years in the United States Marine Corps. His military service includes billets as team leader for a signals intelligence unit while deployed to Iraq and Spanish Language Program Manager of 2nd Radio Battalion at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
