Jacob Hoerger

Jacob studies historical injustice from an historical and a normative perspective. His dissertation analyzes the contested concept of redemption in efforts to redress the Holocaust and the Atlantic slave trade. He is also working on a project on the idea of popular education in 19th century American political thought.
